Tubatse police conducts safer school campaign

Tubatse SAPS is not left out when it comes to social responsibilities. This is evident as Social Crime Prevention, Corporate Communication and Liaison, Community Policing Forum (CPF) and VEP conducting Crime Awareness Campaign at Bogwasha Primary School.

Constable Chauke addressed the learners and teachers on the following matters:

- Child abuse

- Domestic violence

- Drug abuse

- Bullying

- Theft

- Missing person

- Consequences of having criminal record

The learners were advised to walk in groups due to an alarming increase of rapes reported at Tubatse policing area. In addition, the learners were encouraged to focus on their studies than participating on dangerous and criminal activities.

Lastly, the learners were oriented about career opportunities in the organization. The campaign was fruitful and enlightening to everyone who graced the event.
