Police Service hosts passing out parade for 552 newly trained police officers including 245 BSc Graduates, 28 Jun

The South African Police Service (SAPS) will host three parades in two provinces for 552 newly trained Constables who have successfully completed the Basic Police Learning Development Programme (BPLDP).

The parades will take place on Wednesday, 28 June 2023 at the SAPS Academy Mthatha and SAPS Academy All Saints in the Eastern Cape, and SAPS Academy Thabazimbi in Limpopo.

The 552 newly trained police officers are the first batch of the inaugural project 10 000, 2022 intake and include 245 Bachelor of Science (Bsc) graduates. The Minister of Police, General Bheki Cele, will deliver the keynote address at the SAPS Academy Mthatha.
