He was also declared unfit to possess a firearm.<\/p>\n<p>The accused stabbed two male victims at Delvers Close, a dilapidated Flat at corner Delvers and Cornelius Street on the 26 October 2019 at 04:00. Both victims were taken to hospital and one later succumbed to his injuries in hospital. The deceased was stabbed several times in the upper body.<\/p>\n<p>The accused was apprehended by members of the community and assaulted before police came to his rescue at Von Weiligh Street.<\/p>\n<p>The good conviction is a result of the diligent work by the investigating officer of Johannesburg Central detectives Warrant Officer Macubani.
