His body was recovered in the early hours of Sunday morning.<\/p>\n<p>The floods in the province have claimed the lives of 21 people.<\/p>\n<p>Captain Pierre Marx was well-known member of the SAPS who was recognised for his outstanding heroic rescue activities within the Province.
